a christmas photoshoot.

"The mood is right
The spirits up
We're here tonight
And that's enough..."

Last week I did a photo shoot. I had originally planned a Christmas photo shoot with a friend of mine, I had some really fun ideas... but unfortunately that didn't end up working out, so I had to settle on a more simple, self photo shoot.

I know none of these really follow the rule of thirds, but, I can't really help it when I'm doing self photo shoots.

Anyway, here are the photos.

I jumped off that ladder so.many.times. And still never got my ideal shot. But, I do like this one pretty well. I like the way my feet are positioned. And I like that my head is a bit out of the frame.

I just wish I had snow... but, what can I say, it's Texas...

I really hope you guys liked these photos. I'd love to hear your thoughts on the photos! And which one/s is your favorite.

I wish you all a *very* merry Christmas.

Sir. Nutcracker Peppermint Patty

This is Sir. Nutcracker Peppermint Patty. He is a new addition to the Christmas decorations in my bedroom. He's a very handsome, fanciful little fellow, don't you think?
